RMKS/1.  THIS ADVISORY WILL BE USED TO CORRECT THE MNCC POC INFO
AND THE JUSTIFYING FIRST OFFICER AS DESIGNATED IN PARGRAPH 5 OF
MPA 13-23.

3.  Paragraph 5 should read: Per Reference D SLA requests should not
be submitted before month ending restructure (MER) 21 September 2023;
members would not have lost leave before then. SLA requests should not
be submitted later than the end of the first quarter of FY24
(31 December 2023). SLA request submitted after first quarter FY24,
must include documentation justifying the late submission and signed
by the individual's first officer in the grade above O-6 in their chain
of command. By direction and mass transaction requests are not accepted
after the first quarter of FY24.
